The recruiting process has been completed successfully. If the new employee is from Germany, the normal onboarding process can begin immediately. But if the person comes from an EU country outside of Germany or a third country, getting things done is much harder. It starts with the organisation of a possible job interview, then the process of acquiring visas and work permits, then travel management, searching for accommodation and dealing with the necessary authorities in Germany. On top of that, you are faced with the housing market problem in German cities such as Munich, which is fiercely contested, making it very difficult to find suitable accommodation. The entire hiring process is therefore a great challenge and requires a considerable amount of time from all those involved. In addition, we work closely with an external specialist law firm for aliens and migration law and a tax consultant, so that adequate procedures are worked out according to the country of origin and are therefore totally compliant. We take care of all that, and, thanks to our experience, you will save time and money, and, above all, your nerves will thank us for it!
